No Refunds on Products Applied to Skin, Head, or Body:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on products that have been applied to the skin, head, or body. This includes but is not limited to skincare items, hair care products, and body care essentials.

1. • If you have any concerns about a specific product, please reach out to our customer service team before making your purchase. We are here to provide information and assist you in choosing the right products for your needs.

2. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly address the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Royal Cleanse purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition to qualify for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
