1. Standard Refunds and Returns Policy:
- Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: Buyers may request a refund, return, or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unopened and in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed. Additionally, the item must be unused.
2. Seller’s Brand Policy:
- Enforcement: The seller’s brand policy takes precedence over our standard policy. Buyers are encouraged to review and adhere to the specific refund and return guidelines provided by the seller. Black In Business Shopping Network will enforce the seller’s policy in such cases.
- Policy Availability: Sellers are responsible for clearly communicating their individual policies on their product pages. If the seller does not have a specified policy, the standard Black In Business Shopping Network policy will be enforced.
3. Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited from being returned:
- Items Applied to the Skin or Head: This includes, but is not limited to, makeup, creams, lotions, lip glosses, and any other products applied directly to the skin or head.
- Ingestible Items: Products that are meant to be ingested, such as food items or dietary supplements.
