Seller-Network Relationship

Introduction:
This document outlines the policies and guidelines that sellers on the Black In Business Shopping Network (“the Network”) must adhere to in order to maintain a positive and trustworthy marketplace. By selling on our platform, sellers agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Excellence in Quality and Service:
Sellers commit to striving for excellence in both the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provide. This includes maintaining professional standards and aligning their business practices with the values of the Black In Business Shopping Network.

2. Platform Integrity:
Sellers must not abuse the Network’s platform. This includes but is not limited to adhering to the posted policies regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, and shipping. Any changes to these policies must be communicated promptly to buyers.

3. Honest Business Practices:
Sellers are obligated to provide buyers with the products and services they have paid for, adhering to the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all business transactions.

4. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, the Black In Business Shopping Network reserves the right to intervene and make a fair and unbiased decision to resolve the matter. Both parties agree to cooperate fully in this process.

5. Prohibited Activities:
Sellers must not engage in any illegal activities on the Network, including but not limited to phishing, or any form of fraudulent or deceptive practices. The platform is not to be used for trading or offering any other services.

6. No Contact Outside of the Network:
Sellers are prohibited from contacting buyers outside of the orders purchased through the Network. This includes marketing, promotional, or any other form of communication that goes beyond the scope of the specific transaction.

7. Account Security:

Sellers are responsible for safeguarding their login information. Under no circumstances should sellers allow anyone else to use their login credentials to access the Black In Business Shopping Network.

8. Violation Consequences:
Violations of this policy may result in consequences, including but not limited to temporary suspension, permanent removal from the platform, and financial penalties. The severity of the punishment will be determined by the Network, taking into consideration the nature and frequency of the violation.

9. Additional Provisions:
The Black In Business Shopping Network reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Sellers are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy to stay informed of any changes.

By continuing to sell on the Black In Business Shopping Network, sellers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of their seller account.
